Dear Prayitno,
Sorry, but I only read this email just recently.
Yes the whole trip was a success. We arrived at our destinations safely without falling down any ravine. The driver ( I already forget their names) was a good driver and can drive under the cover of darkness. My kids were a little bit afraid because in the two days of our trip, we were always driving in the dark and on the mountains. Our hotel on the first night was fine but the room in Bromo was not very nice. It was so cold and there was no hot water so we all decided not to take a bath anymore sine we were going home that same day we visited Bromo. Our tour guide was good and friendly.
Overall, I say we all had a good time and we are happy that the driver and the guide took good care of us.
Dear Mr. Prayitno,
back home and happy with a lot of Indonesian impressions in mind. Thank you very much for the excellent tour organization of our trip from Borneo Orangutan – Java – Bali and Komodo Island on period 4-16September 2011 (Borneo Orangutan – Mt Bromo Tours, Ijen Crater Trekking, Bali Trip and Komodo Eco Tours 13D/12N).
You did well for our trip in Indonesia, Terima kasih!
We are Jeanne & Larry Hatswell. Thank you so much for the most professional and troublefree visit you arranged for us. From the beginning, where I asked for a quote including airfare and ticket arrangement from you, it was a most pleasant, informative and exhillerating experience!
I am conscience bound, however, to report an incident that occurred regarding the orang utan Percy and one of the deckhands and a client from another boat.
I had stayed back on our boat one morning nursing a scraped knee. As I was reading on the floor cushion, I looked up to see a client from the boat next to ours giving Percy a plastic container box with cookies inside. As Percy tried to open the container, the deckhand poured a liquid from a mug into Percy’s mouth. When Percy raised up his arm for more, the deckhand danced around, hid the cup behind him, and teased Percy mercilessly. This went on for quite some time and the guys were laughing and shouting. I was enraged and stood up, catching the eye of the client. The client slunk back to his boat. (The deckhand was still too busy jumping around and teasing Percy to see me). I told my husband about my outrage when he returned with Noval. My husband told Noval but did not get the impression that the matter would be reported; hence my e-mail to you.
I have attached a picture of the deckhand. I hope you will recognize him and take appropriate disciplinary action. Again, thank you and your company for a truly amazing job well done and for your care.
Hi Prayitno,
We had a great time with your company for our trip to Pangkalan Bun on period 10-14dec 2011 (http://www.ecotoursindonesia.com/borneo-orangutan-tours-pangkalan-bun-5d4n.html/). Yusup our guide was really great. He is very knowledgeable about the park and it shows that he genuinely loves the orangutans and the people in this area. He also has a great personality and really made the trip special. The food was amazing and both the driver and cook were very kind and considerate.
Thanks so much & best regards,
Ellen Field & Ian Malczewski
Dear Prayitno,
You have a great team. The guide and driver were excellent and the scenery outstanding. There is so much to see and enjoy in East Java. Ijen was rugged, wild and beautiful. Bromo lived up to its reputation and was a manifestation of the awesome destructive and rejuvenating power of a volcano. Kalibaru provided a good rest in between. We also bought 16 bottles of local honey derived from the wild forests. These honey have their sources from a wide range of flora and are therefore superior. Please try the salak pondok – it is crunchy with a tast of marinated sweet wine. The website is great too. Cheers! We\’ll be back for our next holiday.
Hi Prayitno,
We will definitely recommend your company to my friends who are keen to experience nature or adventure. We may go back to East Java for another visit in the not too distant future too.
Very Great and useful website for adventure trip & eco tours in Indonesia
