Reservation:
If you want to make reservation or need further information, Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to our email addresses.

Payment:
Please let us know that you have transferred full cash payment to our bank account at least a week before arrival date. Detail Bank Information as mentioned below:

Cancellation Procedure:
Please let us know at least two week before arrival date if you want to cancel your reservation.

Permit:
We require your copy of Passport and Visa or Kitas to obtain the police and the park permit.

Health:
No specification skill needed to join in our trip. For Orangutan Eco tour Package most of the food are Indonesian food, which served with hygiene consideration and healthy. To protect your skin from the sun and mosquito, please bring suntan lotion and repellent.

Insurance:
We suggest you to take your own insurance to cover yourself and to cover importance goods such as like camera and others (It’s not included insurance).

Lightweight Equipment:
For our client’s who want to do expedition, we suggest to bring lightweight equipment just what you need in order you fell more comfort.

Flight reservation and Luggage:
To reserve air flight ticket, please to advise us your name/s at least a week before. Pankalan Bun has flight dependencies but you can get Pangkalan Bun from Jakarta, Semarang or Surabaya. Most of the flight between Kalimantan is only allowed 10Kg, bigger airplane allowed until 35Kg for the luggage.

Boat:
It is prepared for special tourist boat, for our trip at Orangutan Eco Tour package the boat quite simple but comfort and called by “KLOTOK” with 2,5m and 12m and enough to load maximum 5 persons for stay over night on boat Program.

Hotel/Lodge:
In our package (Borneo Eco Package), there are two accommodations as mentioned bellow:
Rimba Lodge has 35rooms available with mosquito net and divided to be 5 room types:
1.Diamond room (USD 130) is Largest and newest room with AC, Ceiling Fan, Hot & Cold shower (3rooms available/river view)
2.Emerald room (USD 115/N) is similar like Diamond rooms but older (12rooms available/river view)
3.Amities room (USD 100/N) is similar like Emerald rooms but smaller and forest view (2rooms available)
4.Sapphire (USD 85/N) is similar like Amities rooms but without Air conditioned (with Ceiling fan, Hot & Cold shower only/4rooms available)
5.Ruby room (USD 60/N) is lowest class room and with Ceiling fan and cold shower (14rooms available)

Blue Kecubung Hotel: It is city hotel or transit hotel, the price from (US$ 60 – US$ 45) and in our packages we use this hotel for Dayak Adventure Package
