Sonder is a small subdistrict town in Minahasa regency of Indonesia. It has got a large variety of sites for visitors to enjoy sightseeing and birdwatching.
Tounelet Slope is a very small forest in Sonder town that is good for birdwatching especially early in the mornings and in the afternoons. Birds that could be watched include Zebra Dove, Sulawesi Crow, Sooty-headed Bulbul, Sulawesi Hanging Parrot, White-nest Swiftlet, Cattle Egret, Little Egret, Sulawesi Pygmy Woodpecker, Sulawesi Brush Cuckoo, Sahul Sunbird, Brown-throated Sunbird, Black-naped Oriole, and etc.
